Before you 'get onboard' VESSL, we want you to have all your questions fully answered! Our most frequently asked questions are below:
  • Is VESSL for beginners?
    Yes. Our program is designed for everyone from beginners to athletes!
  • What equipment do I need?
    A pair of dumbbells or kettlebells is enough to start. Bodyweight options are included.
  • Can I train around an old injury?
    VESSL is mobility-first with scalable options. Always follow your clinician's advice.
  • How long are sessions?
    We have a flexible approach. You will find that most of our strength and conditioning sessions are 30-45 minutes. We do also have sessions as short as 5 - 10 minutes in Pilates or stretch sessions.
  • Can I cancel anytime?
    Yes, you can cancel at anytime with just 30 days notice! Please note, introductory pricing is honoured for the lifetime of your contract unless it is broken. If the introductory contract is broken, any new contract entered would be at the best possible pricing available at that time.
  • How do I get access?
